Approach
The United States Small Business Association (SBA) offers several different loan options which include, but not limited to 7a loans, 504 loans, Express loans, Community Advantage loans, SBA CAPlines, Export loans and Microloans. The team at Cahill, Wilinski, Rhodes & Joyce has many years of experience representing large national banks, regional banks, local banks and non-bank lenders in all SBA loans.
We assist our clients in closing approximately 30 SBA loans a month. Our firm has certified 504 closing attorneys and can represent the lender on the front end of the closing as well as the CDC on the SBA portion of the loan, which saves time and expense to the borrower.
We have closed SBA loans all over the country. We understand the specific requirements the SBA has and can assist the lender in making sure these requirements are met. From understanding the Standard Operating Procedures of the SBA, assisting in structuring the loan, collecting due diligence to drafting complete loan documentation we are involved with the lender every step of the closing process.
Our clients include high volume PLP lenders located all over the country as well as lenders who only wish to close a few SBA loans a year. Our experience is a great asset when it comes to making the SBA closing process as smooth as possible for all parties involved.
