Kathleen L. Graf

Kathleen L. Graf, an associate with the firm, focuses her practice on representing lending institutions in a  full range of commercial financing transactions, including real estate secured lending, asset based lending, development and construction lending and government-guaranteed lending programs. In addition, Ms. Graf has experience in creditor’s rights and criminal law matters.

Ms. Graf is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A., 2008) and Elon University School of Law (J.D., 2011). She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and U.S. District Court, NJ, and is a Member of the Burlington County Bar Association and Camden County Bar Association. Ms. Graf resides in Delran, New Jersey with her husband Joe, their son Remy, and their dog Ellie.
