Marcus J. Mies

Marcus J. Mies is a Partner in the firm. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mies focuses his practice on representing commercial lenders in loan transactions. He has experience in real estate secured lending, construction lending and commercial lending. His clients range from small community banks to large national banks. His primary focus is representing lenders in various government-guaranteed programs such as SBA 7(a), SBA 504, SBA Express, SBA Customer Advantage and SBA ARC loans. In addition, Mr. Mies has experience in representing buyers in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Mies graduated from Indiana University (IN) (Bachelor of Science in Business —Marketing; 1995) and Rutgers School of Law – Camden (J.D. 2002). Mr. Mies is a Member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Camden County Bar Association. He resides in Moorestown, New Jersey with his wife, Katelynn, and son, Dylan.
