Matthew M. Bealor

Matthew M. Bealor, an associate with the firm, focuses his practice on representing lending institutions in a full range of commercial financing transactions, including real estate secured lending, asset-based lending, development and construction lending and government guaranteed lending programs. In addition, he practices in the areas of general business and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on liquor related enterprises, land use issues, partnership, corporate and limited liability company relationship and operation. Mr. Bealor also has experience in residential financing transactions.

Mr. Bealor is a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania (B.S., 2015) and Rutgers Law School (J.D., 2022). He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
