Michael A. Cortese

Michael A. Cortese, a Partner in the firm, focuses his practice on representing lending institutions in a full range of commercial financing transactions, including real estate secured lending, asset based lending, development and construction lending and government-guaranteed lending programs. In addition, Mr. Cortese has experience in personal injury, Municipal liability cases business formation, residential and commercial real estate transactions and general business and commercial litigation. Mr. Cortese also clerked for Honorable John T. Kelley.

Mr. Cortese is a graduate of Indiana University (B.A., 2006) and Rutgers University School of Law (J.D., 2009). He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a Member of New Jersey State Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Cortese resides in Merchantville, New Jersey with his wife, Meredith and two kids.
