Patrick M. Hennigan II

Patrick M. Hennigan II, a Partner in the firm, focuses his practice on representing lending institutions in a full range of commercial financing transactions, including real estate secured lending, asset based lending, development and construction lending and government-guaranteed lending programs. In addition, Mr. Hennigan has experience in business formation, residential and commercial real estate transactions, public zoning and land use, and general business and commercial litigation.

Mr. Hennigan is a graduate of Seton Hall University (B.A., 1996) and Rutgers University School of Law (J.D., 2009). He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, and is a Member of the Camden County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Hennigan was a member of the PGA of America and was recognized as the 2000 Rocky Mountain Section Assistant Golf Professional of the Year. Mr. Hennigan resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with his wife, Kelly and two children.
