Peter M. Rhodes is a Partner in the firm and focuses his practice on the representation of parties to commercial, business and real estate transactions including office and retail complexes, shopping centers, hotels and motels. In addition, he practices in the areas of general business and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on liquor related enterprises, land use issues, minority owned business entities, partnership, corporate and limited liability company relationship and operation. He also represents commercial lending institutions and lenders in connection with commercial loan transactions.
Mr. Rhodes is the Solicitor for the Borough of Clementon Planning Board and was Solicitor for New Jersey Licensed Beverage Association. He is a past co-chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the Bar Association. Member: Camden County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations; Association of Trial Lawyers of America; Christian Legal Society.
Mr. Rhodes is a graduate of Wheaton College (B.A., 1979) and Rutgers School of Law (J.S., 1982). He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals-Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
