Sean M. McBratnie
Sean M. McBratnie, an associate with the firm, focuses his practice on representing lending institutions in a full range of commercial financing transactions, including real estate secured lending, asset-based lending, development and construction lending and government guaranteed lending programs. In addition, Mr. McBratnie represents parties in commercial, business, and real estate transactions including office and retail complexes, shopping centers, hotels and motels. As well as uses his prior litigation experiences for general business and commercial litigation, with a focus on liquor related enterprises, land use issues, and corporate and limited liability company relationships and operations.
Mr. McBratnie is a graduate of Furman University (B.A., 2015) and Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law (J.D., 2018). He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Mr. McBratnie resides in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
